Maple Ginger Sage Breakfast

We wanted to make a classic breakfast sausage that still had a lot of flavor. We grind in fresh garlic, and sage into this one with black pepper, ginger, and some maple sugar from Kwilos Frams. This sausage is perfect form eating by itself, or adding to any breakfast item you can think of. We also like to mix this in with other items such as stuffing for Thanksgiving.
