1lb B.A.B.S. Fresh Polish Sausage
1 medium onion, diced
3 celery ribs, diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 pears, diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3 Tablespoons fresh Sage
1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups B.A.B.S. Chicken bone broth
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
2 Tablespoons butter
1 loaf of your favorite bread(cubed and dried out).
In a stockpot, cook the sausage on medium heat until cooked through. Remove from pot and set aside.
Add onions, celery, garlic, and pears to the pot. Sauté until tender. Add sage, thyme, rosemary, and cranberries. Stir until combined. Add white wine and let cook 1 minute more. Add sausage back to the pot, chicken bone broth, and butter. Once broth starts to simmer, remove from heat and stir in bread until all of the bread is moistened. Add cheese and eggs. Stir until completely combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture into a prepared casserole dish( I love my @lecreuset!). Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
Enjoy!
