B.A.B.S. A. Fett Stromboli

12oz of prepared pizza dough
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
1 Cup of fresh Spinach
1/2 Cup of roasted tomatoes
3 garlic cloves minced
1 lemon zested
3 tablespoons butter
1 pack B.A.B.S. A. Fett sausage
1/4 Cup freshly shredded parmesan Reggiano
1 Tablespoon of Calabrian olive oil(or use regular olive oil)
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 egg beaten
Sea salt to taste
Fresh cracked pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place B.A.B.S. A. Fett Sausage on baking sheet

Bake for about 10 minutes

Remove from oven and set aside

In a small bowl place butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper.

Mash with a fork until fully combined to create a compound butter

Take your dough and cut into four even pieces

Roll out each piece individually to approximately 8 inch ovals

Spread compound butter in the center of the rolled out dough

Add spinach, roasted tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan

Drizzle the Calabrian olive oil over the toppings

Place B.A.B.S. A. Fett sausage in the center

Roll the dough around the filling by folding the sides in first fold the top over and then fold it like a burrito. pinch the seams together to seal each one

Place uncooked Stromboli’s onto a greased baking sheet(we like to use lard or olive oil cooking spray)

Cut three slits across the top of each Stromboli

Brush your beaten egg over the top of each Stromboli

Sprinkle the Stromboli with sesame seeds sea salt and fresh cracked pepper

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
